Start with the question
you want to answer.
Tell us what you are working on, where expert judgment could help, and which part of the learning loop you want to explore.
Make the conversation concrete.
For a program inquiry, describe the capability you are studying and an example of the decision a model needs to make. Explain whether your work concerns individual responses, comparisons, or a sequence of actions in an episode.
You do not need a complete specification. A clear question and a representative example can reveal more than a long feature list. If you already have a rubric or an evaluation concern, summarize it in a few sentences.
If you are comparing possible approaches, mention the distinction you need to understand. For example, does a technically correct answer still fail a practical constraint, or does a successful episode contain a decision that experts cannot justify? These details help focus a program discussion on the evidence that matters, rather than a broad request for more data.
Choose the right starting point.
Research and programs: use Program inquiry for expert data, task environments, human feedback, or reward-tooling discussions. Share the context and the main uncertainty you want to resolve.
Account access: choose Account support and describe the access issue without including a password, security code, or sensitive account material. This site does not ask for your password.
Expert contributions: use the expert-interest form to introduce your domain knowledge and relevant experience. That guide explains illustrative contributions and expectations.
Privacy and website questions: choose Privacy or General inquiry. Explain the page or concern involved, using only the information necessary to understand the request.
Before you share
program materials.
Keep the initial description high level. You can explain a task’s structure without including proprietary prompts, client information, unpublished research, or production data. If detailed material is necessary for a later discussion, establish the appropriate handling and service arrangements first.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve capacity, or grant platform access. Scope, suitability, responsibilities, and any commercial terms require a separate discussion. New access requests have a dedicated request-access page.
If you are still exploring the problem, the platform overview explains how expertise, tasks, feedback, and reward connect. The learning-loop articles provide practical questions to help you describe the work and evaluate the kind of feedback it needs.
